About Our KN95 Masks.
What is the difference between KN95 and N95?
According to The New York Times, “The [KN95] masks are almost identical in performance to the N95 masks that hospitals and other institutions are struggling to find.” There are “slight differences in their specifications, like a variation in the maximum pressure the masks must be able to withstand as a person inhales and exhales.” The C.D.C. lists KN95 masks as a suitable alternative when N95s are not available.
This sentiment is reinforced by Thomas Talhelm from Smart Air - "In short, N95 masks are the US standards for respirator masks; KN95 masks are the Chinese standards for masks. These are the requirements that the US National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health requires manufacturers to meet in order to label their masks as N95s. Despite the long list of differences, the two masks are equivalent or nearly equivalent on the features that most people care about."

Are your KN95 face masks manufactured to the GB2626-2006 execution standard?
Yes, our KN95 face masks are manufactured to the GB2626-2006 execution standard and proof of such is indicated with a manufacturer marking on each of our KN95 face masks.
Do masks come in different sizes?
Our masks are one size fits all, for adults and big kids only. The elastic ear loops are designed to keep the mask fitting firm on larger and smaller face sizes.
Parents should use their best discretion. While our masks do fit most children, infants or small kids may have smaller profiles. Please consider sizing prior to purchase.
Can your KN95 face masks be sanitized and reused?
We wish we could be of more help in this case but recommend you conduct an online search and follow the guidelines you find regarding the extended use, reusability, and sanitization of KN95 face masks.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders are dispatched typically on the same day, if not, the next day. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning. In the case of exceedingly high order volume, dispatch may be slightly delayed and can take up to 2-3 days to be processed. If there is a significant dispatch delay, we will reach out to you directly. All items are shipped out from our San Diego warehouse and fulfillment center with UPS and USPS.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
We offer a strict no refund and no cancellation policy. Due to the urgent demand of our product, all orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. Shipping labels are automatically generated upon checkout, and we cannot issue any cancellations after that point. All products shipped out to our customers are unopened and in the original manufacturer's packaging. To ensure this is the case, we do not offer refunds or exchanges of any kind.
How do you price your masks?
For a detailed explanation please click here. The short explanation is that increased demand, labor costs, and unequal distribution of masks has led to price changes throughout the entire supply chain. These changes ripple through and, in nearly every instance, drive price upwards. Unfortunately, we are handcuffed by the changes listed above in our pricing model. We truly do our best to keep margins thin and masks on the faces of people who need them the most.
