We offer a strict no refund and no cancellation policy. Due to the urgent demand for N95 masks and PPE, all orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. Orders are processed in our warehouse directly upon completion of payment at checkout, and we cannot issue any cancellations after that point. All products shipped out to our customers are unopened and in the original manufacturer's packaging. To ensure this is the case, we do not offer refunds or exchanges of any kind.

Due to the risk of spreading viruses, Clinical Supplies USA does not accept any refunds or exchanges for any products sold. This policy extends to any defective, unwanted, or damaged merchandise. In lieu of all other remedies, Purchaser agrees to replace facial coverings or supplies for any defective, damaged, or otherwise unsatisfactory products.
